following agenda items.

a. To consider_a variance request from Bryan Lohr, owner of 8117 Ford Street,
described as Tr. 5-C Replat Lots 5 & 6, Block 1, J D Ford Addition. to
Section 12.2 "Schedule of residential height and area regulations" of the City
of Nederland Zoning Ordinance to construct a metal carport that encroaches
2ft into the 5ft side yard setback requirement.
