NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held on
Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office
Building, 1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the
following agenda items.
CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER,
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING,
3. VARIANCES
a. To consider approving a request from Laura Berry, property owner of 308
North 4th Street, described as Tract 12-B Re -plat of lots 12 & 13, Block 6 of
Johnson Addition for a variance to the City of Nederland Zoning Ordinance,
Section 12.2, "Schedule of area regulations" to construct a duplex on a lot
(60) ft.by (100) ft. depth and (6,000) sq. ft. in area. Section 12.2 requires a
minimum lot width to be (80) ft. and minimum lot area of (8,000) sq. ft.
