To consider approving a request from Laura Berry, property owner of 308 North 4th Street, described as Tract 12-B Re -plat of lots 12 & 13, Block 6 of Johnson Addition for a variance to the City of Nederland Zoning Ordinance, Section 12.2, "Schedule of area regulations" to construct a duplex on a lot (60) ft.by (100) ft. depth and (6,000) sq. ft. in area.
