NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
There will be a Public Hearing of the City of Nederland City Council on Monday,
September 22, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Nederland City Hall, 207 12th Street, Nederland,
Texas for the purpose of receiving comments concerning the rezoning request from
Nederland AC, Inc to rezone the rear portions of the split zoned lots from R-2 duplex
residential to C-2 neighborhood retail commercial being 1308 S 27th Lt. 6 Blk. 4 Tr.
