NOTICE is hereby given of a special meeting of the City of Nederland Employee Benefits Trust
to be held Monday, April 20, 2026, 5:30 p.m., at the Nederland City Hall, 207 North 12th Street,
Nederland, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. The City of
Nederland Employee Benefits Trust reserves the right to retire into Executive Session concerning
any of the agenda items whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified pursuant to Texas
Government Code, Chapter 551.
1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Approve minutes of April 28, 2025.
3. Discussion and possible action awarding a bid for employee health insurance.
4. Discussion and possible action awarding a bid for employee dental insurance.
5. Discussion and possible action awarding a bid for employee vision insurance.
6. Adjourn.
