NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held on
Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office
Building, 1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the
following agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. VARIANCES
1. 2506 Avenue D described as Lots 23 & 24, Block 10 of the Hillcrest 1st
Addition: Applicant is requesting a 1ft fence height variance to Zoning
ordinance Section 18.1 “Residential Districts” requiring front yard fences
within 20ft of the front property line to be no more than 3ft tall. The
applicant would like a 4ft fence.
