Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the City of Nederland Bob Henson Building,
1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for considering the following agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER

3. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
4. COMMUNICATION
• Introduce new member Johnny Bijeaux
• Appoint Chairman
5. AMENDMENTS
• To discuss and take possible action on amending: Section 11.4 “R-1,
single family residential district regulations” revising verbiage on
accessory buildings.
• To discuss and take possible action on amending: Section 12.2 –
“Schedule of residential height and area regulation table” regarding
accessory building height.
• To discuss and take possible action on amending: Section 30 –
“Definitions” adding and defining accessory building height.
• To discuss and take possible action on amending Section 13.2- “Schedule
of permitted uses” on all types of dwelling units and where they should be
permitted.
• To discuss and take possible action on Section 26. – “Zoning board of
appeals” correcting the term length.
