Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following agenda
items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. CONSIDER ZONING CHANGE REQUEST:
Consider a recommendation to send to the City Council regarding the request to
rezone the property located at 2619 Avenue A, described as Lots 10, 11, and 12,
Block 4 of Hillerest 1st Addition from R- I "Single Family District" to C-2
"Neighborhood Retail Commercial District"
4. ADJOURN
