b. Discuss and take action on a request to approve a minor plat requested to be
called Tran Place described as Lots 1 tlu-u 7, re -plat of part Lots 21, 22 & 23,
Block I of Hillcrest Addition "Acres"
4. SUBDIVISION
a. Discuss and take action on a recommendation to be sent to the City Council for
the approval of the preliminary plat of N&P Addition, a private duplex
subdivision.
