NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held on
Tuesday, March 19, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office
Building, 1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the
following agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. VARIANCES
a. To consider a variance request from Julio Ceasar Caberera owner of 1136
Kent Avenue described as Lot 3, Block 1 of Humphrey Heights 1 Addition to
Section 18 "Fencing and Screen" of the City of Nederland Zoning Ordinance.
b. To consider approving a request from Glen LeBaron applicant of 1336
Boston Avenue described as East 34ft of the West 100ft of the South 1/2 of
Block 13 of Town of Nederland Addition and 1344 Boston described as West
66ft. of the South 1/2 of Block 13 of the Town of Nederland Addition for a
variance to the City of Nederland Zoning Ordinance, Section 12.2, "Schedule
of area regulations" to construct one duplex on each lot not meeting the
minimum lot size for duplex construction.
