The workshop was called t0 order at 8:45 a.m. by Mayor Albanese at the Nederland
City Hall, 207 N. 12th Street, Nederland, Texas. See attached for quorum.

Chris Duque, City Manager, stated that each department will present their
accomplishments, goals, and future needs to the Council relative to budgeting.
Following each presentation Mr_ Duque reviewed the proposed 2019-2020 budget for
that department. The schedule was as follows:
IT Department 8:46 a.m. to 9:02 a.m.
Personnel / Civil Service 9:02 a.m_ t0 9:1_7 a.m.
Police Department 9:18 a.m. to 9:55 a.m.
Break 9:S S a.m. to YO:00 a.m.
Fire Department 10:00 a_m_ to 10:29 a.m.
Inspection Department 10:30 a_m_ to 10:45 a.m.
Parks 8c Recreation 1_0:45 a.m_ to 11:09 a.m_
Library 11:09 a_m_ to 11:29 a.m.
Finance/Utility Billing 11:29 a.m_ to 11:45 a_m.
Public Works 11:46 a.m. to 12:17 p.m.
Lunch Break 12:18 a.m. to 1:14 p.m.
City Manager/Other Funds 1:14 a.m. to 2:32 p.m.
A discussion was held after each department presentation.
