WORKSHOP FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a workshop, February 24, 2009,
at 6:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office Building, 1903 Atlanta
Avenue, Nederland, Texas.
ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED
1. Discussion on the changes to the public comment draft of the zoning regulations
and district boundaries.
2. Discussion and possible action making a preliminary report on the public
comment draft of the zoning regulations and district boundaries.
3. Discussion and possible action setting an additional workshop meeting and/or
public hearing date for consideration of new zoning regulations and district
boundaries.
4. Kim Mickelson, a representative of Knudson Services, will be present to discuss
the above items.
