Nederland Planning and Zoning Commission Agenda
Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to be held
Tuesday, April 7, 2009, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office
Building, 1903 Atlanta, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following
agenda item.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. ZONING
Kim Mickelson, a representative of Knudson Services, will be present to discuss the
following items.
Discussion and possible action regarding park dedication of fees in lieu of
requirements.
Discussion on proposed changes to the zoning regulations.
Discussion and possible action making a preliminary report on the proposed changes
to the zoning regulations.
Discussion and possible action setting a public hearing date for consideration of
proposed zoning regulations.
