Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to be held,
Tuesday, September 14, 2010, at 5:00 p.m. at the D. Bob Henson Office Building, 1903
Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following agenda
items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. SPECIFIC USE PERMIT
Consider the issuance of a Specific Use Permit for the property located at 2223
Nederland Avenue, described as Lots 10-12, Block 1, Hillcrest 1st Addition, to
remodel an existing liquor store with a 1,450 square foot addition to the rear of
the existing building.
