Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to be held
Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office
Building, 1903 Atlanta, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following
agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. SUBDIVISION
a. Discuss and take action on a recommendation to be sent to the City Council
for the approval of the final plat of Sterling Ridge Phase II, Section I.
b. Discuss and take action on the recommendation to be sent to the City Council
for the approval of the preliminary plat of Areef Estates.
