Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following agenda
items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. REZONE
a. Receive questions and/or comments and act on recommendation to City
Council regarding the request to rezone a 156.08 acre tract known as Airport
Business Park Subdivision from R-1 Single-Family Residential District to I-1
Light Industrial District.
