Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the City of Nederland Planning and Zoning
Commission, on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob
Henson Office Building, 1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of
considering the following agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. PUBLIC HEARING
Conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments regarding th e
replat of the property located at 224 S. 16th Street described as the S. ½ of Lot 12
and Lot 13 of M. Sierks Addition.
4. SPECIFIC USE PERMIT
Consider the issuance of a Specific Use Permit for the property located at 2423
Nederland Avenue, described as Tract 10-A, Replat of Lots 10, 11 & 12, Block 2,
Hillcrest 1st Addition for the construction of gasoline pumps at a convenience
store.
