NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held on
Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office
Building, 1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the
following agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. VARIANCE
Consider action approving a variance requested by Dwayne Benoit, owner of the
property located at 811 S. 7th Street, described as Lot 3, Block 1, Highland Park
Addition. The request is for a 4' variance to the 5' front yard setback requirement
for the construction of an open carport.
