Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to be held,
Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. at the D. Bob Henson Office Building, 1903
Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following agenda
items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. SPECIFIC USE
a. Receive questions and/or comments and act on recommendation to City
Council regarding the request for the issuance of a Specific Use Permit on the
property described as 216 Nederland Avenue, Lots 15 and 16, Block 10,
Staffen Addition.
