Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to be held,
Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the D. Bob Henson Office Building, 1903 Atlanta
Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3.CONSIDER ZONING CHANGE REQUEST:
Consider a recommendation to send to the City Council regarding the request to
rezone the property located at 2803 and 2821 Avenue H, described as part of Lot
1, Tracts 2,6,7,8 Block 4 of Hillcrest 2nd Addition from C-2 “Neighborhood
Retail Commercial District” to R-4 “Manufactured Home District”.
4.CONSIDER APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF CORKRAN PLACE:
Consider a recommendation to send to the City Council regarding the approval of
a proposed preliminary plat of Corkran Place Subdivision.
