Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to be held,

Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF CORKRAN PLACE:
Consider a recommendation to send to the City Council regarding the approval of
a proposed final plat design of Corkran Place Subdivision.
