Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to be held
Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office
Building, 1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the
following agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. REPLAT
a. Discuss and take action on a request to replat 1420 South 13th Street,
described as all of Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block 20, Wagner 2 Addition.
4. SUBDIVISION
a. Discuss and take action on a recommendation to be sent to the City Council
for the approval of the final plat of Nelson Place, a private subdivision.
