1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following
agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. REPLAT
a. Discuss and take action on a request by Tom Tran to consider approving a re -
plat of Lots I & 12, Block 10 of Johnson Addition to create three tracts,
Tracts I I -A, Tract 11-B and Tract 11-C.
b. Discuss and take action on a request by Tom Tran to consider approving a re -
plat of Lots 4 & 5 of Becerra Place to create two tracts, Tract 4-A and Tract 4-
B.
Discuss and take action on a request by Jose Becerra to consider approving a
re -plat of Tract 41-B of Pleasant Home Addition to create two tracts, Tract 41-
B-1 and Tract 41-B-2.
d. Discuss and take action on a request by Duong Nguyen to consider approving
a re -plat of Part of Lot 2, Block 16 Range "E" of Port Arthur Land Company
