Office Building, 1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering
the following agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. TOWNHOME PROJECT
a. Discuss and take action on a request by Brian Kemp to consider approving a
single-family Townhome Development Project to be located in the 300 Block
of Nederland Avenue, known as "1.552 Acres, part of Lot 12 & Lots 13 thru
21, Block 2, of F.A. Roach Addition"
4. REPLAT
a. Discuss and take action on a request by Brian Kemp to consider approving a
re -plat of the existing location known as 1.552 Acres, part of Lot 12 & Lots
13 thru 21, Block 2, of F.A. Roach Addition, to plat 26 lots for the
development of a Townhome Project.
b. Discuss and take action on a request by Prosperity Building Group, LLC to
consider approving a re -plat of the existing lots known as Lots 1, 2, and 3,
Block 13, Nederland Addition.
