Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to be held
Monday, May 14, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office
Building, 1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the
following agenda items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. REPLAT
a. Discuss and take action on a recommendation to be sent to the City Council for the
approval of a replat, with variances, to the property described as 1604 Elgin
Avenue, which includes 603 16"' Street, both being located on Lot 8, Block 7,
Koelemay Addition.
4. SUBDIVISION
a. Discuss and take action on a recommendation to be sent to the City Council for the
approval of the final plat of Laura Place, a private duplex subdivision.
5. ZONING
To discuss and consider various proposed changes to the City Zoning Ordinance,
Section 11.5, Section 12.2, and Section 13.2.
