3. DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING REQUEST:
a. Request for a Specific Use Permit for the property located at 2826 Avenue H
described as the S ½ Lot 7, Block 2, Hillcrest 2nd Acres Addition to open a Tattoo
Parlor in a C-2, Neighborhood Retail Zoning District.
