items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING REQUEST:
a. To consider and make recommendation to City Council on the request for a
Specific Use Permit for the property located at 3503 Nederland Avenue Suite
C, described as Lot 25 1/2, and Lot 26 All, Block 9, Airport I to operate a
private poker club, which has an unlisted use in our Zoning Ordinance.
4. SUBDIVISION
a. Discuss and take action on a recommendation to be sent to the City Council
for the approval of the final plat of Hillcrest Landing.
