a. Discussion of toddler playground and swing set replacement.
b. Discussion of program “Monster Mash Trash Bash 2011.”
c. Discussion/possible action of use of the softball field for the Challenge League.

a. Accept Nederland Swimming Pool end of season report.
b. Report on the status of Christmas program.
