2011 at 12:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland Recreation Building, 2301 Avenue H, Nederland, Texas for
the purpose of considering the following agenda items.

2. UAPPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
3. UDISCUSSION/POSSIBLE ACTION
a. Discussion of toddler playground and swing set replacement.
b. Discussion of program “Monster Mash Trash Bash 2011.”
c. Discussion of softball field repair/renovations.
d. Discussion/possible action of reimbursement of utility fees for sport programs.
e. Discussion/possible action of adjusted fee structure for Parks and Recreation
Department.
4. REPORTS
a. Men’s Basketball Fall League to start October 13, 2011.
b. Participation in Trunk or Treat for October 31, 2011.
