NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of the Parks Advisory Board to be held on Tuesday, January 25,
2011 at 5:30 p.m. at the City of Nederland Recreation Center, 2301 Ave H., Nederland, Texas for the
purpose of considering the following agenda items.
1. U CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. UAPPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
3. DISCUSSION/POSSIBLE ACTION:
a. Discussion/possible action regarding reimbursement stipulations for utility usage for
Youth Sports.
b. Discussion/possible action regarding request from Randy Rich regarding use of the
Nederland Recreation Center for Summer Futsal programming.
c. Discussion/possible action request from Brian English to utilize the Nederland
Recreation Center for Spring and Summer Basketball league/tournament play.
d. Discussion/possible action regarding request from First Baptist Church for the Easter Egg
Festival for April 7, 2012 for usage of Doornbos Park.
e. Discussion/possible action regarding request for assistance from Nederland Little
League for fields.
f. Discussion regarding “Summer in the City” Program for June 9, 2012.
g. Discussion on Trash Bash 2012 for April 21, 2012.
h. Discussion on Swimming Pool Summer 2012.
