2012 at 12 p.m. at the City of Nederland Recreation Center, 2301 Ave H., Nederland, Texas for the
purpose of considering the following agenda items.

2. UAPPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
3. DISCUSSION/POSSIBLE ACTION:
a. Discussion regarding usage of the building for Twirl America.
b. Discussion of upcoming project “National Night Out” for October 9, 2012.
c. Discussion of “Trunk or Treat” participation.
d. Discussion/possible action of use of the gym for Futsal from Randy Rich for January,
2013.
e. Discussion/possible action of use of the gym for ASK for January 2013.

a. Receive Pool End of Season Report
b. Report on status of order for banners for the Heritage Festival.
c. Report on Bench Donation.
