NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of the Parks Advisory Board to be held on Tuesday, July 9 , 2013 at
12 p.m. at the City of Nederland Recreation Center, 2301 Ave H., Nederland, Texas for the purpose of
considering the following agenda items.
1. U CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. UAPPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
3. DISCUSSION/POSSIBLE ACTION:
a. Discussion/possible action on a request from Tommy Olesky to host the Nederland
Optimist Invitational Cross Country Meet on September 7, 2013.
b. Discussion/possible action on a request from Adaptive Sports for Kids for use of the
outdoor field for football for each Saturday in October 2013.
c. Discussion of the completion of the 4th of July Fireworks Extravaganza.
