2011 at 12:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland Recreation Building, 2301 Avenue H, Nederland, Texas for
the purpose of considering the following agenda items.

3. UDISCUSSION/POSSIBLE ACTION
a. Discussion of softball field repair/renovations.
b. Discussion/possible action of reimbursement of utility fees for sport programs.

a. Report on Monster Mash Trash Bash 2011.
b. Participation in Trunk or Treat for October 31, 2011.
