a. To consider approving a request from Jose and Adriana Gonzalez, property

Hodgson -Bigelow Addition for a variance to the City of Nederland Zoning
Ordinance, Section 11.4, R-1, Single Family Residential for the placement of
a travel trailer on their property during the construction of a new home.
