NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held on
Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office
Building, 1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the
following agenda items.
MEETING ON THIS AGENDA ITEM, SET FOR AUGUST 8TH WAS CANCELLED
DUE TO LACK OF QUORUM

a. To consider approving a request from Siarhei & Tatsiana Mahuchy, property
owners of 211 South 12th Street, described as Lots 11 & 12 of J Doornbos
Addition for a variance to the City of Nederland Zoning Ordinance, Section
12.2, "Schedule of area regulations" to construct a duplex on each (70) ft.
wide lot with each lot being (10) ft. less than the minimum lot width of (80)
ft. required by Section 12.2.
