TEXAS, WILL CONVENE AT 3:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 25, 2023, AT THE NEDERLAND CITY
HALL, 207 NORTH 12TH STREET, NEDERLAND, TEXAS, FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE:
CONSIDER ITS SPECIAL MEETING. (See Agenda Below)
NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL, GOVERNING BODY OF NEDERLAND,
TEXAS, WILL CONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2023, AT THE
NEDERLAND CITY HALL, 207 NORTH 12TH STREET, NEDERLAND, TEXAS, FOR THE
FOLLOWING PURPOSE:
EXECUTIVE SESSION (No Public Discussion on These Items)
The City Council will announce that it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter
551 of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land
acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. No final action will be taken on any subject or matter unless
specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting.

Officer or Employee – City Attorney
