NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of the Construction Board of Appeals to be held on
Tuesday, October 3,2023, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office
Building, 1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas.

III. VARIANCE REQUEST FOR NISD
To discuss and consider a request for Nederland Independent School District to
approve a variance to Section 503.4 "Obstruction of fire apparatus access roads"
of the International Fire Code to allow the existing fire lanes at Hillcrest
Elementary and Helena Park Elementary to be used for student drop off and pick
up during the hours of (7am-8am) and (2:15pm-3:30pm)
