Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office
Building, 1903 Atlanta Avenue, Nederland, Texas for considering the following agenda
items.
1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
3. SPECIFIC USE PERMIT
To discuss and take action for a recommendation to be sent to City Council regarding
a request for a specific use permit from Seven Stones Day Spa, prospective tenant at
the property located at 1003 Nederland Avenue, described as Tract A, Nederland
Plaza for use as a massage establishment.
4. REPLAT
To discuss and take action for a recommendation to be sent to City Council
concerning the proposed replat of 220 6th Street, described as Lot 1, Block 9, Johnson
Addition and 519 Boston Avenue, described as Lot 2, Block 9, Johnson Addition.
